We are hiring a Project Coordinator – Media & Digital for our Event Management company. The role primarily involves coordinating and managing video shoots for events, industry shoots, and podcasts. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of IT and Digital Marketing, including how online ads work, how reach is increased on social media platforms, and how digital promotions are executed.
The selected candidate will work closely with the creative, production, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of shoots and timely delivery of content.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage video shoots for events at different locations
* Assist in planning and execution of industry shoots and podcast recordings
* Coordinate with videographers, editors, and internal teams
* Support digital marketing activities and understand ads, reach, and social media promotions
* Maintain shoot schedules, content timelines, and project coordination
* Ensure smooth on-ground coordination during events and shoots
* Communicate with internal IT/Digital teams for online promotions
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (Ads, Reach, Social Media Promotions)
* Understanding of IT tools and digital platforms
* Interest or experience in video shooting / media production
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Willingness to travel for events and shoots
* Organized and proactive approach
