Role 1: UI Developer (React / MERN) You will: Build

fast, scalable, production-grade React apps Translate Figma → pixel-perfect UI Work on complex workflows, forms, and real-time interactions Optimize performance (rendering, bundles, API flows) Collaborate deeply with UX + backend + AI teams You should have: Strong React + TypeScript fundamentals Experience with SPAs, state management, performance tuning Eye for detail (this matters more than you think) Ability to own features end-to-end Bonus: WebRTC / real-time systems Micro-frontends AWS-aware frontend deployments Role 2: UX Designer (Product / Systems Thinker) You will: Design
