About the Role:

We are looking for a dermatologist who doesn’t just practice-but also enjoys teaching, building systems, and shaping the next generation of aesthetic doctors. This role is not limited to training. you will be involved in designing what is taught, how it is taught, and who teaches it. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Design and continuously upgrade a structured, practical-first curriculum in aesthetic medicine Ensure the content is relevant to real clinic practice (not just theory) Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations Mentor doctors at different skill levels (beginners to advanced) Build and manage a team of trainers across modules Standardize teaching methods and training quality Evaluate and improve trainer performance Contribute to content, case discussions, and clinical documentation

Who This Role is For:

MD/DNB Dermatologist with strong clinical and aesthetic experience Someone confident with procedures like injectables, lasers, and advanced treatments Has a natural inclination towards teaching and mentoring Structured thinker-can build systems, not just deliver sessions High ownership mindset-you will be leading, not assisting
