Community & Operations Executive

Hiring for our client, \"Rockstar Hub by Ambili Menon\", a fast-growing coaching brand empowering people to unlock their voice, confidence, and authentic expression through transformational experiences.

Role: Community & Operations Executive

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end webinar execution and lead engagement lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations, high attendance, and consistent lead nurturing.

Core Responsibilities: 1. Webinar Operations: - Attend all Rockstar Hub webinars (3–4 per week) - Manage end-to-end webinar execution on Zoom: Admit participants Monitor chat and engagement Handle technical issues in real time - Track and record key webinar metrics: Registrations Live attendees Peak attendance Average watch time Conversion data - Maintain structured webinar reports in Google Sheets - Export attendee lists after each session - Tag and update leads in CRM / WhatsApp - Upload and organize reports post-webinar

2. Community & Messaging Operations: - Send WhatsApp reminders for upcoming webinars - Respond to incoming lead queries promptly - Set up and manage WhatsApp events and broadcast lists - Maintain and segment contact lists - Ensure proper lead tagging and CRM hygiene - Manage and monitor: Email sequences WhatsApp nurturing flows

3. Lead Lifecycle & Coordination: - Ensure seamless flow from: Registration → Attendance → Engagement → Conversion - Align webinar participation data with CRM updates - Coordinate messaging based on: Webinar attendance Engagement level Conversion status

Ideal candidate expectations: - Strong operational mindset - Comfortable handling live sessions - Good communication (especially on WhatsApp) - Detail-oriented with data tracking - Familiar with tools like Zoom, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
