We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can take ownership of hiring, team structure, and internal systems in a high-performance environment. This role focuses on building strong teams, improving hiring speed and quality, and creating systems that support scale. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across roles (creative, marketing, operations) Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline Design and execute structured onboarding processes Track employee performance and manage review cycles Maintain discipline, accountability, and team standards Handle HR operations including attendance, documentation, and payroll coordination Identify top performers and support retention and growth Requirements

2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Ability to take ownership and work closely with leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Systems-oriented mindset with attention to detail Preferred

Experience hiring for creative or performance marketing roles Experience building HR processes from scratch Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Sheets
