Position- Talent Acquisition Consultant
Must have-IT Recruitment, end to end recruitment, sourcing, Stakeholder management, offer negotiations.
Total year of experience- 5+ years
Job Location-Pune (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Recruiter with 5–7 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, screening technical profiles, and managing the recruitment lifecycle in close coordination with hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Key Responsibilities
· Manage IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout.
· Source quality candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine etc.), databases, and internal ATS.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening to assess candidate fit.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
· Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
· Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
· Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and documentation.
· Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and closure of positions.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
· Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices.
· Generate regular recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring
- Hands-on expertise with job portals and sourcing tools
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Software Development, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Infrastructure roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
- Strong screening and candidate assessment skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment
- Experience working in staffing, consulting, or corporate hiring environments is preferred
