Cybersecurity Practice Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Practice Lead to oversee and grow our managed services and professional services business within the cybersecurity business. Based in Bengaluru, this role demands a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and customer engagement skills to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to multiple clients across industries.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Proven experience (12+ years) in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing both managed security services and professional services.

·Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions such as #SIEM, #endpointsecurity, #networksecurity, #IAM #cloudsecurity, and #incident response.

·Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.

·Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client challenges and craft appropriate security solutions.

· Familiarity with cybersecurity product ecosystems and vendor solutions.

· Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple complex projects.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH) preferred.
