About the Internship

DigitalTek Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research & Proposal Analyst Intern to support staffing and recruitment operations across North America.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys reading complex business documents, conducting structured research, organizing large volumes of information, and contributing to real proposal development across public and private sector opportunities.

You will gain direct exposure to RFP processes, procurement frameworks, multi-sector staffing models, and AI-assisted research workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business documents, procurement packages, and detailed bid proposal requirements. • Extract compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines • Prepare structured summaries and compliance tracking matrices • Conduct research across staffing markets, vendor-of-record programs, and industry competitors • Leverage AI-assisted research and documentation tools to support proposal drafting • Organize proposal workflows and manage internal deadlines • Identify risks, gaps, and strategic positioning opportunities • Assist in developing structured responses aligned with client requirements • Support documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English skills • Strong ability to read and analyze lengthy business documents • Passion for research, analysis, and structured note-taking • Experience using AI-enabled research or documentation tools • Strong attention to detail and deadline management • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Ability to work independently and think critically
