Designation : President - Commercial Location: Mumbai (HO) Year of Experience: 25+ years Company: Premier real estate developer renowned for creating high-end luxury residential and commercial projects

Area of Responsibility : Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and negotiation The incumbent will have hands-on experience on overall materials procurement and other key raw materials Negotiating with suppliers, contractors and engineering firms Awarding and executing contracts Establishing continuous improvement processes to maximize the value of these contracts The incumbent will lead Digital Procurement S/He will lead digitization of the entire procurement process and create efficiencies by implementing world class Sourcing & Procurement concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools.

The leader will leverage advanced analytics, automation tools and AI to transform procurement as a value creating function. The incumbent will streamline the processes and systems by reducing procurement time, active commercial negotiations and identifying cost effective and efficient global vendors and suppliers. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the procurement team, evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback The leader will work closely and provide visible leadership and promote continual improvement in quality, performance and delivery of company objectives.

Competency : • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to plan lead, organize, and multi-task several capital projects at one time. • Strong computer skills including Analytics and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • SAP MM module experience will be added advantage • Good analysis and ability to work with complex data and information. • Good communication and facilitation skills. • Must be customer focused, team oriented, self-motivated, and results oriented. • System & Process oriented approach; • Building & nurturing partner relations with suppliers
