Job Post – AEM Backend Developer Experience :- 4-8 years Location - Remote (Whenever required need to visit Ahmedabad Branch)

Job Summary We are hiring an

AEM Backend Developer (4–8 years)

with strong experience in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM Cloud Service), Java, Apache Sling, OSGi services, and AEM workflows . The role involves building scalable AEM components, implementing asynchronous processing using Sling Jobs, integrating REST APIs, and working with JCR repository and Dispatcher configurations. Experience with

CI/CD, Maven, and Git

is required. Exposure to

Solr/SearchStax and AEM performance optimization

is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain

AEM components, templates, services, and workflows . Design and implement

OSGi services and components

within AEM architecture. Build solutions using

Apache Sling framework, Sling Models, and Servlets . Implement

Sling Jobs / AEM Job Manager

for asynchronous processing. Develop and configure

AEM Schedulers and event listeners

(JCR observation, replication events). Work with

JCR repository structure and content modeling . Integrate

REST APIs and JSON-based services

with AEM applications. Manage builds and deployments using

Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines . Configure and optimize

AEM Dispatcher for caching and performance . Collaborate with

frontend developers, architects, and QA teams

to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 or AEM Cloud Service). Strong proficiency in

Java (8/11 or higher) . Experience in

AEM OSGi services and component development . Strong experience with

Apache Sling framework . Hands-on experience with

Sling Models, Servlets, and AEM Workflows . Experience implementing

Sling Jobs / AEM Job Manager . Experience working with

AEM Schedulers . Strong understanding of

JCR repository structure and content modeling . Experience implementing

AEM event listeners . Experience integrating

REST APIs and JSON services . Experience with

Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines . Understanding of

AEM Dispatcher configuration and deployment best practices .

Preferred Qualifications Experience with

search platforms such as Apache Solr or SearchStax . Familiarity with

AEM performance optimization and caching strategies . Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments . Adobe Certified Expert – AEM certification

is a plus.
