Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to meet organizational hiring needs, building strong employer branding strategies, and fostering a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align recruitment processes with business goals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Talent Sourcing - Strong skills in Interviewing Techniques and Candidate Selection - Experience in Recruiting and Driving the End-to-End Hiring Process - Capability in developing and managing Employer Branding strategies - Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app development industry
