Role Description
Fusion Gaming is hiring a
Sales Specialist
to handle
only inbound leads
from our website.
No cold calls.
No mall floor sales.
No walk-in handling.
You will work exclusively from our
dedicated sales office , responding to already-interested leads who have:
Submitted build forms
Created PC configs
Enquired via WhatsApp / website chat
Requested callback or quotations
Responsibilities
Call & follow up with incoming leads from the website dashboard
Explain configuration differences (GPU/CPU/RAM/SSD etc. in simple terms)
Guide them to the right build without upselling pressure
Share quotations & build readiness timelines
Update CRM lead status daily (Hot / Warm / Follow-Up / Closed)
Coordinate with build team for confirmations & payments
Qualifications
Looking for an experienced sales professional with 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced environment like Ed-tech sales.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and effectively address their requirements.
Proven Customer Service and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional and engaging client experience.
Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed targets while promoting company services and products.
Strong knowledge and skills in Training and Sales Management to lead customer and team training initiatives effectively.
Good understanding of PC components and assembly processes, with the ability to provide technical advice and troubleshooting support.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in the gaming technology or electronics sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
