*Role Overview*: We are seeking a technically proficient and creatively driven Video Editor with expertise in motion design and AI-powered content production. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing an end-to-end AI video creation workflow, including character generation, voice synthesis, and final video editing. This position requires strong execution ability, consistency in daily output, and familiarity with AI-based video generation platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Generate AI-based digital characters using HeyGen. 2. Utilize Higgsfield for AI-driven video or character generation workflows. 3. Create and integrate voiceovers using ElevenLabs. 4. Edit AI-generated video outputs into structured, engaging short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. 5. Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, typography, and sound design to produce professional-quality deliverables. 6. Maintain character consistency in terms of tone, personality, and visual identity across multiple videos. 7. Deliver consistent daily output within defined timelines.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:* • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. • Strong understanding of motion design principles and short-form storytelling. • Hands-on experience working with: • HeyGen • Higgsfield • ElevenLabs • Understanding of AI-based character and voice generation workflows. • Ability to independently manage projects and meet daily deadlines. • Strong attention to detail in pacing, synchronization, visual composition, and audio clarity.

*Performance Expectations:* • 4–5 hours of dedicated work per day. • Consistent delivery of daily content as per the publishing schedule. • Adherence to brand guidelines and content strategy. • Continuous optimization of workflow efficiency and output quality. ⸻ *Compensation and Growth:* The compensation for this role is INR 20,000 per month.
