Job Description:
Educational Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales.
Experience :
1–2 Years in sales coordination (Preferred in Construction/Infrastructure/Geosynthetics)
Location - Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team and technical team to support daily operations and business activities.
Assist in preparing letters, quotations, BOQs and product submissions.
Understand basic geosynthetics applications (geotextile, geocell, geomembrane, drains, etc.) and communicate benefits to customers.
Track enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead status in ERP or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for order processing, dispatch planning and material tracking.
Support end-to-end tender documentation including downloading, compiling, submission and follow-up.
Maintain and update customer database, project pipeline and sales dashboards.
Assist sales team and technical team in scheduling client meetings, presentations and site visits.
Handle front-line customer communication via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare MIS reports on weekly and monthly for sales & technical teams.
Assist marketing team with brochures, PPTs, case studies and digital promotions.
Build strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants and distributors.
Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, delivery challans and certifications.
Support coordination during exhibitions, events and product demos.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
