Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals - Partner with leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness - Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives - Establish HR KPIs and performance metrics

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Design and oversee recruitment strategies - Ensure effective onboarding and employer branding - Forecast hiring needs based on growth plans

Performance Management & Development

- Design performance appraisal systems - Drive leadership development and training programs - Create employee engagement initiatives - Establish career progression frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

- Develop competitive compensation structures - Benchmark salary structures with industry standards - Oversee payroll and benefits administration

HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements - Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook - Oversee HRIS systems and reporting - Handle employee relations and grievance management

Culture & Employee Engagement

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives - Conduct employee engagement surveys and action plans
