Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Financial Controller

to play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling our finance function. In this high-impact position, you will work closely with the Finance Director to drive financial control, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across a multi-entity business. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining strategic insight with hands-on financial management.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and associate payments Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with accuracy and timeliness Act as the first point of contact for external financial queries Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other statutory requirements Collaborate with outsourced finance providers and professional advisors Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with HR teams Leverage financial tools (e.g., Xero ecosystem) to generate actionable insights Support the Finance Director with: Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, Statutory reporting requirements, Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, Automation and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant hands-on experience Strong proficiency in Xero, Dext, Excel, and Fathom Demonstrated experience in a similar finance role, ideally in a multi-entity environment High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently Integrity, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional approach

Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site businesses Exposure to financial systems automation and process optimisation Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills Experience working with outsourced finance teams

Work Schedule Monday to Friday 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (9:00 AM GMT to 6:00 PM GMT)
