Oracle Business Analyst

Program Context Supporting client’s

Oracle Fusion ERP transformation

and Go-Live readiness.

Key Responsibilities Support data conversions and integrations into Oracle Fusion. Validate converted files (I-files, reconciliation files, etc.). Perform field-level

data mapping, reconciliation,

and

duplicate analysis . Partner with PMs and business teams to ensure data accuracy and readiness.

Required Skill Set Strong data analysis + technical background. Oracle Fusion transformation experience is a strong plus. Ability to go beyond manual Excel validation. Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for data analysis. SQL skills required. ECMA familiarity is a plus.
