Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading the development team, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor backend and frontend development teams Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance Manage deployments, releases, and performance monitoring Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery commitments

Technical Skills Required

Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / PHP – as applicable) Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue – preferred) Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture Experience with Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices Understanding of security standards, especially in fintech domain Familiarity with payment gateway integrations / fintech systems (preferred)
