Impact Research Analyst – Verified Volunteer (1-Year Mandate)

Role Overview The Impact Research Analyst Volunteer operates within the Field Capture layer of abAgeyKya’s structured research pipeline ( Define → Design → Capture → Process → Analyse → Validate → Release) and is responsible for building Structured Evidence Dossiers (SED) from real-world cases. This role focuses on collecting, extracting, and organising documented case inputs that contribute to Industry Signal development and Workforce Alignment research across sectors. Impact Researchers do not analyse or model data; they ensure disciplined case capture that allows Fellows and Domain Experts to separate narrative from operational reality and produce structurally validated industry insights.

Role Description This is a volunteer, remote role for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and statistical research, analyzing data trends, and compiling reports to strengthen abAgeyKya's mission of protecting and supporting individuals. Tasks include gathering and interpreting data, conducting in-depth analyses, and supporting the development of actionable insights. This role also involves effective communication with project stakeholders and contributing to strategy-building initiatives.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in working with data to create insights and draw meaningful conclusions. Experience in Research and Market Research to investigate trends, collect data, and provide actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Statistics for quantitative analysis and interpretation of complex datasets. Effective Communication skills to present results and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Understanding of education, career, or workplace issues is an advantage, as is experience in advocacy, social impact, or similar fields.
