Role Looking For
We are seeking a
Customer Success Manager
who combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and execution discipline to ensure clients realize measurable business value from Algo8 AI deployments. This is not a support role.
This is a value-realization and transformation ownership role.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams internally.
Required Experience:
• 5–8 years in Customer Success, Strategy, Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing mid-to-large enterprise clients.
• Exposure to AI, data platforms, analytics, or industrial technology.
• Demonstrated ownership of renewals and revenue expansion.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Consulting background (strategy/operations).
• Technical fluency in APIs, data systems, or ML workflows.
• Experience building CS processes in early-stage or growth-stage companies.

Responsibilities:
1. Own Value Realization
• Translate AI deployments into measurable business impact (cost reduction, downtime reduction, throughput increase, yield optimization).
• Build quantified ROI models for each account.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) anchored on business outcomes, not features.
• Ensure time-to-value is minimized and sustained.
2. Drive Strategic Account Management
• Develop account plans aligned with client strategic priorities.
• Identify expansion pathways (additional plants, use cases, modules).
• Own renewals and retention strategy.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.
3. Operationalize Customer Health
• Design and monitor account health frameworks (usage, adoption, value, stakeholder engagement).
• Proactively identify risk signals and drive mitigation.
• Implement structured escalation and recovery playbooks.
4. Act as Voice of the Customer
• Synthesize structured customer feedback.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Influence roadmap prioritization using data-backed arguments.
5. Build Scalable Success Infrastructure
• Create onboarding playbooks.
• Develop implementation templates.
• Establish metrics dashboards and reporting systems.
• Institutionalize best practices across accounts.
