Role Description:
Handle the Automation business
across
North & East Region
with responsibility for growth and performance
Lead and scale
sales teams and system integrators
to outperform
Hunt and close large, strategic deals
with key customers
Strengthen pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and conversion outcomes across the region
Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains
Build a
high-performance sales leadership team
with clear accountability
What we are looking for:
7+ years of experience in
B2B sales or business leadership , preferably in
Home Automation
Willingness to travel extensively across the North & East region
Strong background in
channel-led sales and system integrators
Location: Delhi
