We’re looking for a detail-oriented

Finance Compliance professional

to manage statutory compliances, financial controls, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong with timelines, documentation, and coordination with auditors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns Handle payroll-related statutory deductions and reconciliations Maintain compliance calendars and track deadlines Support audits (statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits) Coordinate with CA/consultants and government authorities Maintain proper documentation and records for all filings Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS Identify gaps and improve internal controls/processes

Requirements 3+ years of experience in finance compliance/accounts Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliances, and statutory filings Good understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP tools High accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills
