Must-have experience: 4+ years in full stack development Experience with both front-end and back-end frameworks Building and shipping web applications, especially complex b2b products Experience with React, Redux, Node.js, SQL Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven functionalities, including predictive analysis and recommendations. Working in teams of varying skillsets, including design and security Handling the entire development cycle Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product management and the engineering team. Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility. Ability to conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to gather insights and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction. Use feedback from users to make informed design decisions and improve user satisfaction. Passion for creating visually appealing user experiences
