R.R. Engineers is a leading manufacturing company specializing in Paper Mill Machinery since 1994. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented International Sales Executive to strengthen our export sales operations. Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute international sales strategies, generate export business, and build strong global client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international markets and export sales processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic & international markets Identify and generate new export business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients Conduct market research and competitor analysis Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts & negotiate terms Coordinate with Digital Marketing for global campaigns Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions & international events Ensure compliance with export documentation and trade regulations Provide sales forecasts and performance reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2–3 years of experience in International Sales / Export Marketing Strong communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of global markets and export documentation Willingness to travel (domestic & international) Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation ₹3–4 LPA (fixed based on experience) Performance-based incentives, commissions & bonus
