Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and passionate
HR & Management Interns
who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers in Human Resources and People Management. This internship is designed to give you
hands-on corporate exposure , mentorship from industry professionals, and a direct path to a
full-time role
in our HR & Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment activities : sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Support
HR operations : onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
Collaborate with management on
policy drafting, training coordination, and performance tracking.
Participate in strategic HR initiatives
like talent acquisition, retention planning, and culture building.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve
employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
in HR, Management, or related field.
Knowledge of
recruitment & HR processes.
Strong communication skills
(verbal & written).
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Suite.
Quick learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
Internship & Career Path
Phase 1 – Training Period (15 Days):
Learn HR & management processes, tools, and company systems.
Duration: 15 days | Unpaid
(skill-building phase).
Phase 2 – Probation Period (3 Months):
Hands-on HR & management work under mentorship.
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month.
Phase 3 – Full-Time Role (Post-Probation):
Confirmed as HR & Management Executive .
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
Bond: Minimum 1 Year
commitment.
Completion Bonus:
₹5,000 per month
released as a reward on successful completion of 1 year.
