Our services include all in digital like Digital Strategy, Website design, and development, Website maintenance, SEO, Social Media, Campaign creatives, Content Creation, Video creation, etc. We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing the specific clients assigned to the candidate. Should have past working knowledge in a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing role in an organization.

Our office is in Goregaon. Candidates from Vashi, Thane, Navi Mumbai need not apply.

Key Responsibilities ●

Discuss the project goals with the client and development team. ●

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition ●

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements ●

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives ●

Manage client deliverables within defined scope, timeline, and budget. ●

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams ●

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust ●

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships ●

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics ●

Presenting work in meetings with clients and management. ●

Monitoring KPIs for various clients ●

Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities ●

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field

Skills Required ●

3-5 years of experience as an Account manager/Project manager in a digital agency ●

Knowledge of managing website development projects ●

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs ●

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels ●

Excellent organizational and time management skills ●

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation ●

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
