Job Description: LTI is seeking a skilled

Kubernetes & VMware Engineer

to manage, deploy, and optimize containerized applications and virtualized infrastructure. The role involves supporting cloud-native platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage

Kubernetes clusters

(on-prem / cloud). Administer and support

VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter

environments. Manage containerized workloads using

Docker and Kubernetes . Perform cluster monitoring, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Implement

CI/CD pipelines

and integrate with Kubernetes. Ensure system security, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability. Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams. Automate infrastructure using

Shell / Ansible / Terraform . Required Skills: Strong experience with

Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/OpenShift preferred) . Hands-on expertise in

VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter . Good knowledge of

Linux system administration . Experience with

Docker, Helm, YAML manifests . Understanding of

networking, storage, and security

concepts. Exposure to

cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

is a plus. Good to Have: Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD). VMware certifications (VCP). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, ArgoCD).
