Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Engineers

with strong experience in

Amazon Connect and Java-based applications

for

developing and enhancing our BFSI Client's Contact Center application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, securing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications while following Dev SecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain

full-stack applications

using Java-based backend services and modern frontend frameworks. Architect, implement, and manage solutions on

AWS Cloud , with a strong focus on

Amazon Connect

and related contact center integrations. Build and consume

RESTful APIs

and microservices with high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implement

DevSecOps practices,

embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and application design. Automate infrastructure provisioning using

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

tools. Ensure application performance, reliability, monitoring, and logging in cloud environments. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers. Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and cloud infrastructure. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: 8+ years

of experience as a

Full Stack Engineer / Cloud Engineer . Strong proficiency in

Java

(Spring Boot / Microservices architecture preferred). Experience with Front End Frameworks like

Angular.js Hands-on experience with

AWS services , including: Amazon Connect EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB Lambda, API Gateway IAM, CloudWatch Amazon Lex Strong experience designing and implementing

REST APIs . Experience with

Dev SecOps

practices, including: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) Secrets management and secure configuration Knowledge of

containerization and orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). Experience with

Infrastructure as Code

(Terraform, CloudFormation). Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
