Roles & Responsibilities: Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities Handle entire target-based sales for the assigned region Call prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize orders Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, Dealers, and end customers Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building Maintain follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Target-driven mindset with ownership of results Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions Knowledge of building materials / tile industry will be an advantage Benefits: AC Bus Facility available from Nagpur Fixed salary with performance growth opportunities Opportunity to work with a growing premium brand
