This is a newly created position to be based in India to support the brand for USA and Indian markets.
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and culture‑driven Social Media Manager with experience in fashion or consumer goods to lead and grow our brand presence across social platforms. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and brand strategy—turning our brand vision into compelling social storytelling that builds awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
The ideal candidate has a background in Communication, Mass Media, Fine Arts or a related field, with a strong understanding of fashion culture, digital behavior, and emerging consumer trends. They should have a proven ability to craft cohesive, digital‑first brand narratives and bring fresh, modern thinking to every project.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a natural sense of curiosity, someone who stays hungry to learn, thrives in a fast‑moving creative landscape, and knows how to have fun while building something meaningful.
Please Note: This is a global role which has cross time zone participation for 2/3 days in a week.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Translate brand strategy into platform-specific storytelling and campaigns
Strong understanding Customer Journey and its Optimization
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels
Collaborate with creative, design, and merchandising teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy, and video
Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, and seasonal storytelling
Community & Influencer Engagement
Build and manage an engaged online community through active posting, moderation, and conversation
Ability and experience in target marketing and community creation.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners aligned with fashion and lifestyle audiences
Monitor social sentiment and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions)
Use insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and campaigns
Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations
Trend & Market Awareness
Stay current on fashion trends, social media platform updates, and cultural moments
Proactively test new formats, features, and creative approaches
Qualifications
Required
5–6+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, apparel, beauty, or consumer goods
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Mass Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion Design or a related field
Strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling
Proven experience managing multiple social platforms end-to-end
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Experience using analytics and social media federation tools
Expertise in content development software like Adobe Suite, Sigma etc
Working for a Brand and has one full life cycle experience in laughing a product category
Preferred / Nice to Have
Working experience with global fashion brands or Advertisement agency
Experience working with DTC or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with paid social campaigns and creator marketing
Working knowledge of content production (photo/video direction, editing tools)
