Summary:

The Enhanced Location Identification team reviews records for opportunities for clients to order additional records. This position requires access and knowledge of all Records operating systems. The role requires extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask, and versatility.

Essential Functions:

- Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions - Ability to utilize AI - Research operating systems for previous records orders - Create emails with format accuracy - Research affiliations between providers and facilities - Research address and contact information of providers and facilities - Access and knowledge of all Lexitas operating systems - Responsible for metrics and updating spreadsheets daily - Excel experience - Professional communication skills - Ability to present, coach and train
