Experience : Above 6 years (3+Years in Team handling)(Edtech Mandatory)
Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model.
• Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical.
• Build relationships with top Instructors.
• Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.
• Understanding the category in depth and designing analytical insights into consumer buying pattern.
• Manage deployment and quality service providers.
• Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers.
• Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
• Working with the product team to create great user experience for that category.
• Working with the marketing team to generate customer requirements.
• Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuring that your team adheres to the SOPs.
• Team Management: Expected team size at full capacity: 50+ Knowledge,
Skill and Experience for the Role
• 2+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations.
• Experience in starting and scaling large high-performance teams.
• A total of 5+ years of experience (candidates with lower but relevant experience in managing B2C Sales/online advertisement sales or sales operations teams can also apply).
• Experience in e-commerce and consumer internet industries is highly desirable.
• Highly analytical and data driven.
