About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced
Freelance Senior Recruiter
who thrives in a performance-driven, per-closure model. This is a remote opportunity for recruiters based in India who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for India and/or US-based roles.
If you have strong sourcing networks, access to your own recruitment portals, and a proven history of successful closures across industries, we would love to collaborate.
Engagement Model • Per-closure model (Fixed fee per successful hire)
• No retainer / no monthly payout
• Payment released after successful joining & replacement clause completion (if applicable)
• Recruiter must use own job portals, database, LinkedIn Recruiter access, and sourcing tools
Key Responsibilities • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
• Work on positions across India (optional) and the United States (must) -
US hiring exposure is preferred. Recruiters who can handle both India and US mandates will be given priority.
• Independently source candidates using personal portals, ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Conduct initial screening and technical fit validation
• Evaluate compensation expectations and notice period
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure strong follow-up and offer conversion
• Manage candidate experience and joining process
• Handle replacement in case of early attrition (as per agreement)

Required Skills & Qualifications • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong experience in agency or RPO model preferred
• Proven experience closing mid-senior level mandates
• Hands-on experience hiring for US market (preferred)
• Strong sourcing capability (Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, database mining)
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of compensation structures in India and/or US
Must Have • Access to own paid job portals or strong sourcing network
• Proven past closures
• Ability to work on performance-based compensation
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Structured screening and evaluation approach
