Role Overview We are looking for a high-agency, structured, and mature professional to lead

Human Capital and the Founder’s Office .

This is not a traditional HR role. You will be responsible for building people systems from the ground up while working closely with the founders on coordination, execution discipline, and organisational efficiency. This role requires discretion, ownership, and strong execution ability.

Key Responsibilities A. Human Capital Leadership Design and implement HR policies and employee handbooks Lead recruitment coordination across departments Manage onboarding and offboarding processes Build performance management systems Implement appraisal and compensation structures Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary structuring, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and coordination with finance for payroll compliance Maintain HR compliance (labour laws, documentation, statutory requirements) Oversee PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory payroll-related compliances Maintain employee records and confidential documentation B. Founder’s Office Responsibilities Coordinate directly with founders on key internal priorities Track execution of strategic initiatives Prepare internal review summaries and follow-up trackers Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation Ensure cross-department coordination and accountability Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters What We’re Looking For 10+ years of HR and administrative leadership experience Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills High discretion and confidentiality standards Strong organisational and execution skills Ability to operate independently without supervision Structured thinker with strong documentation discipline MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
