Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee regional/business vertical performance across Wealth Management. - Drive AUM growth, client acquisition strategy, and overall business profitability. - Manage a high-performing team of Wealth/Private Bankers and Relationship Leaders. - Strengthen client engagement and enhance coverage for HNI/UHNI segment. - Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence across all functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12–20+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related leadership roles. - Proven expertise in handling large teams, driving business outcomes, and managing significant AUM/book size. - Strong network and understanding of HNI/UHNI segments and investment advisory. - Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive transformation and lead teams in a fast-growing environment.
