Critical Wellness platform

focused on prevention, not reaction. We bring medical discipline to everyday health through nature-backed science, doctor-led adoption, and clinically aligned solutions.

We work closely with doctors to address metabolic imbalance and long-term health risks—before they turn into disease. Aurangabad is our launch city, and we’re building the foundation for a scalable, city-by-city expansion across India.

The Role

This is a

medical engagement and market-building role , not a traditional sales job.

You will work closely with doctors to:

Educate them on preventive health, metabolic science, and our clinical approach Build long-term, trust-based relationships with medical professionals Support prescription-led adoption and ensure product availability through nearby pharmacies Capture doctor and patient feedback to strengthen our system Help organise small doctor interactions, discussions, and learning sessions

You’ll be on the ground, shaping how Rebalance Life is understood and adopted in its earliest phase.

Who Should Apply

You may be early in your career, but you should have:

A background in life sciences, pharmacy, biotech, or healthcare Strong communication skills (English + Marathi/Hindi preferred) Confidence to engage doctors respectfully and thoughtfully Curiosity to learn medical science, prevention frameworks, and doctor psychology An ownership mindset—you’re excited to help build, not just execute

Prior exposure to healthcare, pharma, or a personal interest in health and fitness is a plus.
