Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused

Customer Specialist

to join our Ahmedabad team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company — ensuring every customer interaction is positive, solution-driven, and memorable. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions Build strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Prior customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory) Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits CTC:

₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month Night Shift Allowance:

Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week Perks & Facilities Complimentary meals during shifts Cab facility (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Temporary accommodation for 5 days (for relocated candidates) ✈ Travel tickets provided from your location to Ahmedabad
