Must-Have Skills 4+ years of experience in

AI/ML solution development . Hands-on delivery of

at least one production-grade Gen AI use case . Strong experience in

RAG-based

or

Agentic AI implementations . Exposure to

Agentic AI concepts

and familiarity with frameworks like

LangGraph

or similar. Experience with

open-source LLMs

(Llama, GPT-OSS) and

multimodal models . Strong understanding of

evaluation and refinement

of Gen AI solution performance. Excellent

analytical, debugging, and problem-solving

skills. ⭐

Good-to-Have Skills Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployments. Familiarity with

DevOps/CI-CD

pipelines for GenAI solutions. Knowledge of

RAG methodologies , query transformation, and prompt optimization. Awareness of

LLM guardrails
