AI Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Engineer located in the Greater Nashik Area. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and enhancing AI models and algorithms, focusing on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Daily tasks will include designing and implementing machine learning models, writing robust software, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks technologies - Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and algorithms - Proven proficiency in Software Development processes and tools - Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques - Ability to analyze and handle large datasets effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus - Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies is advantageous

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python & FastAPI - Build and maintain conversational AI and voice agents (STT, TTS, LLM orchestration) - Integrate LLMs (OpenAI & open-source) into scalable production workflows - Develop real-time AI pipelines using WebSockets, streaming, and async processing - Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations - Create and maintain APIs for AI services and automation workflows - Optimize latency, performance, and cost of AI systems - Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end delivery - Monitor, log, and improve AI system reliability and accuracy
