Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site Human Resources role located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will manage the recruitment lifecycle, develop HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, overseeing performance evaluations, and facilitating training or development programs to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced or client-oriented environment is a plus
