Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive company growth. Additional responsibilities include executing sales initiatives, managing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to achieve client objectives, and analyzing market trends to recommend actionable insights. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, client engagement, and operational execution to meet revenue goals and build partnerships.

Qualifications Strong understanding of business development, account management, and strategic planning Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation techniques Familiarity with technology sectors such as SaaS, AI, cloud services, or related fields Skill in market analysis and ability to identify growth opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient in CRM tools and sales software Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is highly desirable
