1. Proficiency in backend development with Golang. 2. Well versed with different coding standards and patterns. 3. Experience with SQL for querying and analysing datasets. 4. Good understanding of relational databases and their use-cases. 5. Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment.
