Overview

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated tests for mobile and/or web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Espresso, XCUITest, Appium, or similar frameworks.

You will be responsible for maintaining automation scripts, reviewing execution results, and ensuring high-quality standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as: - Selenium WebDriver - Espresso (Android) - XCUITest (iOS) - Appium or similar frameworks - Execute automation test suites daily and share execution reports. - Analyze test failures and collaborate for root-cause analysis. - Update scripts based on requirement changes and defect fixes. - Maintain test data and automation environments. - Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to QA standards. - Align manual test cases with automated test coverage. - Perform regression validation and maintain traceability. - Log and track defects following standard defect lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of overall software testing experience - Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on automation experience in one or more tools: - Selenium WebDriver - Espresso - XCUITest - Appium - Programming knowledge in: - Java / Kotlin - JavaScript / TypeScript - Python - Strong understanding of: - Web testing concepts (DOM, locators, waits, etc.) - Mobile testing concepts (permissions, app lifecycle, logs) - CI/CD pipelines - Git version control - QA methodologies (test design, defect lifecycle, regression testing, test planning) - Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
