Role Overview
The E-commerce Lead will own and scale THB’s marketplace-led revenue. This is a strategic + execution role, responsible for growth, visibility, and performance across all online sales channels.
You will act as the single owner for e-commerce growth & working closely with founders, marketing team, agencies and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace ownership
- End-to-end ownership of Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, & other similar platforms
- Manage listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and inventory planning
- Ensure brand consistency across all platform touchpoints
Growth & Performance management
- Drive revenue growth through offers, campaigns, visibility buys, and optimisations
- Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion, ROAS, CAC, and stock turns
- Identify opportunities to improve rankings and discoverability
Marketplace & Partner management
- Liaise with Marketplace account managers and external agencies
- Negotiate marketplace visibility, deals, and seasonal campaigns
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices
Cross-functional coordination
- Work closely with supply chain, production, and finance teams
- Ensure smooth launches, stock availability, and fulfilment
- Support new SKU launches and bundles
Who should apply?
- 5–7 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Prior experience with FMCG / D2C brands preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
