Business Lead - AVP/VP/ SVP - Business Management Business Development | Business Operations | Strategic Collaboration Medhavi Group | Multiple Leadership Positions | Pan India

Role Mandate

As AVP / VP / SVP - Business Management, you will lead strategic business units or portfolios, owning growth, operational excellence, partnerships, and commercial outcomes.

Depending on your background and expertise, you will drive one or more of the following:

Business Development & Revenue Growth Lead enterprise sales, partnerships, and national expansion. Build multi-crore portfolios across B2B and B2C lines. Structure high-value partnerships and long-term alliances. Drive new market entry and sector expansion strategies.

Business Operations & Delivery Excellence Own end-to-end P&L and profitability. Build scalable operating models across multi-location programs. Ensure revenue realization, cost optimization, and compliance governance. Deliver high-quality program execution with strong client satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration & Ecosystem Building Develop alliances with corporates, industries, training organisations, HEIs, government bodies, and industry networks. Enable industry-integrated learning and workforce transformation models. Represent Medhavi Group at industry forums and leadership platforms.

Who We are Looking For 12–20+ years of experience in EdTech, enterprise/B2B education, staffing, corporate learning, manufacturing workforce solutions, or large service businesses. Proven P&L or account growth leadership experience. Strong enterprise sales and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience scaling multi-crore business portfolios. Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline. Ability to build and lead high-performance teams.

Preferred backgrounds from: EdTech, Skilling, Staffing Industries, Corporate L&D platforms, or senior leaders from higher education institutions.
