Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales activities for Pune East residential projects - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partners - Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients - Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings - Maintain and update CRM data regularly - Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth closures - Provide regular sales updates and reports to management - 5 to 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales - Strong communication and convincing skills - Good negotiation and closing ability - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently - Willing to work on weekends
