ImmediateWe are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented intern to manage the complete Agri RFQ workflow ;buyer communication, supplier coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and operational data management. This is a

4–5 hour/day execution role , ideal for students or freshers interested in international trade. Responsibilities

Respond to Agri RFQs (rice, spices, turmeric, coriander, millets) Prepare FOB/CIF quotations using company templates Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, MOQs, stock & packaging Conduct WhatsApp/email follow-ups with buyers Extract and organize buyer/supplier data in Google Sheets Manage inboxes on export platforms (Go4WorldBusiness, IndiaMART, Volza) Maintain catalogs, documents, and quotation files Submit daily operations reports Requirements

Good English communication (written & spoken) Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Data interpretation and Good Analytical Skills High discipline and consistency Ability to work

4–5 Effective hours daily Quick learner with attention to detail Application of AI Tools
