Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description - Salesforce Technical Lead (SFDC) · Should be 7+years of experience in Salesforce with hands on experience in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and LWC & Aura Components. · Technical Leadership and development · Experience in Automobile CRM & DMS Integration · Good in Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP API development and integration · Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service, Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and DMS integration. · Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud scripting (AMP script, SSJS) and automation tools · Experience in the automotive industry, especially with customer/dealer journey digitization. · Familiarity with source control (Git), ALM tools, and DevOps automation pipelines. · Any one or more Salesforce certifications required · Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications with a strong focus on code quality and scalability. · Own and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado. · Review and optimize code, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing (future, Queueable, schedulable Apex). · Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and ERP & Middleware Integration (e.g., CDK, Fuse, SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, and AutoSoft). · Develop custom solutions to manage lead capture, test drives, service appointments, and vehicle delivery flows. · Ensure real-time synchronization of vehicle inventory, service records, and customer data across systems. · Architect and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud features tailored to automotive use cases. · Create and manage Marketing Cloud Journeys, dynamic segmentation, automation rules, and campaign integrations. · Implement customer 360° views and lead scoring models to improve the sales funnel and after-sales support. · Design and build secure, scalable APIs using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC). · Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, SAP, DMS, telematics, mobile apps, Azure, REDHAT Fuse) using MuleSoft or other middleware. · Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks for API reliability. · Define and enforce naming conventions, coding standards, and deployment practices across teams. · Ensure data security, access control, and compliance in accordance with industry regulations. · Lead code reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical documentation.
