We are seeking a
strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to collaborate with business leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability, business acumen, and a people-first mindset to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Lead manpower planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Drive performance management cycles and advise managers on feedback and PIPs.
Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, grievance redressal, and exit management.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory norms.
Use HR dashboards to analyze trends and present insights to leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with ability to align HR strategies to business priorities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
Problem-solving mindset with discretion in handling sensitive issues.
Strong understanding of HR analytics, MS Excel, and HRIS tools.
Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience as an HRBP in fast-paced environments (hospitality, technology, services, FMCG, pharma preferred).
Prior work in a matrix organization is an advantage.
Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a premium institute.
Strong academic background and foundational HR knowledge.
