About the role: We are seeking an experienced

Industry Architect

with deep expertise in

SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs . The ideal candidate will bring

industry-focused, end-to-end process design and implementation experience , strong

management consulting exposure , and a proven ability to

lead large global teams of SMEs and managers . This role involves working closely with business leaders and global stakeholders to drive complex SAP-led digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead

end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs , from strategy and blueprinting to deployment and post-go-live support. Act as the

Industry Solution Architect , aligning SAP solutions with industry-specific business processes and best practices. Define

target operating models, enterprise architecture, and roadmap

for large SAP transformation initiatives. Drive solution architecture across

SAP S/4HANA core modules

with strong integration experience in

SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management). Manage and

mentor large cross-functional teams , including solution architects, SMEs, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers. Provide

consulting leadership to C-level executives and senior stakeholders , translating business strategy into SAP-enabled solutions. Handle

international / global implementation projects , managing multi-country rollouts and geographically distributed teams. Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery. Support pre-sales activities including

solutioning, proposal development, client workshops, and executive presentations

as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of SAP experience , including multiple

SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects . Management consulting experience

with Tier-1 or Tier-2 consulting organizations preferred. Graduated from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-schools)
